I'm an undergrad at Georgetown University pursuing a BS in Computer Science.
My fervor for technology began in a dark basement at age nine when my cousin initiated me into the then clandestine world of computer gaming. I immediately went home and requested my very own laptop with the passion that only a nine year old can muster. Since that day I have been fascinated by computers and the multitude of applications and luxuries that they can afford us. This zeal lead me to pursue a degree in computer science at Georgetown University, located in one of the most undeniably influential cities in the world, Washington, DC. This global and diverse environment has given me an international perspective and has also molded me into an individual with the desire to better the world as a whole through my technological skillset.
I have efficiently managed the transition of IT infrastructure in a corporate relocation under a one-week time-crunch. I was elected by my administrators and coaches as 1 of 4 out of 3,200 students at my high school to attend IDEALS leadership school; where I learned what it is to be a true leader and build the bridge behind yourself for those who follow you. Using those leadership skills I captained my varsity football team to its first undefeated season and Georgia high school state championship in the Georgia's most premier division.
I have been many things in my life; a 260 lb. football player, a 185 lb. techie and runner, a student at an inner city middle school, a straight A student, a blessed young man with unfaltering familial support, an employee, and a friend to all who seek companionship. My varied past shows my undeniable ability to adapt to any situation I am presented with and thrive despite adversity.
My aspiration is to be involved in the forefront of technological advancement, working to make the world a better abode for all humans to flourish in. If you have any inquiries or particularly interesting problems you would like me to test my mettle against, do not hesitate to contact me below!
